1991: ‘Marathwada Construction Pvt. Ltd.’ was formed by Mr. Pramod Khairnar Soon, the first contract was signed and ‘Ashtavinayak Housing Society’ was shaped up as the first creation under this contract.

First project – Shri Hari Apartment: A residential project with 6 chic 1 & 2 BHK flats was built in Aurangabad

1995: Pratik Plaza : A plush commercial complex was constructed Aurangabad

2001: Shri Ram Krushna Hari Complex – An imposing residential and commercial project was created in Aurangabad

2005: Hari Sai Park – The first mega scheme with a fabulous township was built in

2011: Mr. Pramod Khairnar got elected as president Credai, Aurangabad

2014: Ashtavinayak, Pune: A residential complex of 1 & 2 BHK ultramodern flats was constructed in Keshavnagar, Pune

2015: ‘Vistar’, a construction company was formed in Pune, as the first expansion venture

2016: The company celebrates 25 years of ‘building relationships’
