The Group began its journey in 1991 and never looked back. ‘Shrihari Apartment’ in Ramchandranagar, Shahanoorwadi, was its first housing project. Soon, the company came up with 35 residential projects, including 5 commercial projects and 3 Mega housing schemes with few layout plotting in all around the city. This brilliant legacy comes of age this year as it completes 25 energetic and years with a blueprint of expansion in Maharashtra. It starts with a fresh venture as ‘Vistaar Group’ in Pune under young director Mr Pratik Khairnar, son of Pramod Khairnar. Pratik has completed his masters in Building Construction from Georgia Tech USA. He has launched three impressive apartment schemes in Keshavnagar- Mundhwa and Balewadi .
